How does it work? (AKA: What is POD?)
We use Print-on-Demand, which basically means: you order → our partner prints your item fresh (like a croissant, but less flaky) → it ships straight to your door. No overstock, no waste, no dusty boxes in my living room. Everything is made just for you.
Shipping — When will my stuff arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and where you live, but most items arrive within 5–10 business days.
Think of it like waiting for your toddler to put on their shoes: it will happen… just not instantly.
You’ll get tracking info so you can obsessively refresh it (we all do it).
Returns — What if something goes wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not at all what you ordered, don’t panic—email us and we’ll fix it.
Since everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for things like ordering the wrong size (we’ve all been there).
But if it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right. Mom promise.
